This Privacy Policy explains how HDX Workout ("the app", "we") handles your information. The app is operated by Janis Janke.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you register with a password, a securely hashed version of it (we never store the password itself). If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides and the email Apple shares with us (which may be a private relay address). We also store the display name you choose and your language preference.
- Training data: the workouts you mark as complete and any exercise swaps you make. This is the only fitness information we hold — we do not read Apple Health or any device sensors.
- Profile photo (optional): if you add one, it is stored on our servers so it stays with your account across devices. It is shown only to you inside the app and is never shown to other members.
- Subscription status: handled by Apple. Purchases and renewals are processed by the App Store; we never see or store your card details. We keep the transaction identifiers, status and renewal date Apple returns so we can confirm your access.
- Face ID / Touch ID sign-in (optional): if you turn it on, the app stores your email and password in your device's secure Keychain so you can sign back in without typing them. These credentials stay on your device only — they are never sent to us or stored on our servers, and Apple handles your facial data entirely on-device.
- In-app messages: we may send you messages inside the app (such as announcements from the coach). So we can show which messages are new, we record when you have read each one.
2. How we use your information
We use your account details to operate the app, keep you signed in, and provide support. We use your training data to track your progress, show your stats and calendar, and build the shared leaderboard. Subscription data confirms your access to paid features. We do not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, crash-reporting tools, or any cross-app tracking.
3. How you appear to other members
HDX Workout has a shared leaderboard. The display name you choose is visible to other members there, next to your workout counts and achievement totals — so pick a name you're comfortable showing publicly. You can change it at any time from the Profile screen. Your email, profile photo and other details are never shown to other members; the leaderboard shows names and progress only.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the app: Apple (sign-in and subscriptions), and our hosting providers Neon (database) and Railway (server), which store the data described above on our behalf. When you claim a discount reward, we generate an anonymous coupon code in our shop system — no personal data about you is sent when creating it. These providers process data on our behalf.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on servers operated by our hosting providers, which may be located in the European Union or the United States. By using the app you consent to this processing.
6. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, profile, training history and profile photo from our servers, and clears the Face ID credentials stored on your device. You may also contact us to request deletion. We may keep limited records where required to meet legal or accounting obligations.
7. Children
HDX Workout is not intended for children under 16 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your name and photo directly in the app, delete your account from Profile → Delete account, or contact us at the address below.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.

Šī Privātuma politika skaidro, kā lietotne HDX Workout ("lietotne", "mēs") apstrādā jūsu informāciju. Lietotni pārvalda Janis Janke.
1. Kādu informāciju mēs vācam
- Konta dati: jūsu e-pasta adrese un, ja reģistrējaties ar paroli, tās drošā veidā šifrēta versija (pašu paroli mēs nekad neglabājam). Ja izmantojat Pierakstīšanos ar Apple, mēs saņemam Apple sniegto identifikatoru un e-pastu, ko Apple mums nodod (tā var būt privāta pārsūtīšanas adrese). Mēs glabājam arī jūsu izvēlēto redzamo vārdu un valodas izvēli.
- Treniņu dati: treniņi, ko atzīmējat kā pabeigtus, un jebkuri vingrinājumu aizvietojumi. Šī ir vienīgā fiziskās sagatavotības informācija, ko glabājam — mēs nelasām Apple Health vai jebkādus ierīces sensorus.
- Profila foto (pēc izvēles): ja to pievienojat, tas tiek glabāts mūsu serveros, lai paliktu saistīts ar jūsu kontu visās ierīcēs. Tas ir redzams tikai jums lietotnē un nekad netiek rādīts citiem dalībniekiem.
- Abonementa statuss: to pārvalda Apple. Pirkumus un atjaunošanas apstrādā App Store; mēs nekad neredzam un neglabājam jūsu kartes datus. Mēs saglabājam Apple atgrieztos darījuma identifikatorus, statusu un atjaunošanas datumu, lai apstiprinātu jūsu piekļuvi.
- Pierakstīšanās ar Face ID / Touch ID (pēc izvēles): ja to ieslēdzat, lietotne saglabā jūsu e-pastu un paroli jūsu ierīces drošajā Keychain, lai varētu pierakstīties atkārtoti bez to ievadīšanas. Šie dati paliek tikai jūsu ierīcē — tie nekad netiek nosūtīti mums vai glabāti mūsu serveros, un Apple pilnībā apstrādā jūsu sejas datus ierīcē.
- Ziņas lietotnē: mēs varam nosūtīt jums ziņas lietotnē (piemēram, trenera paziņojumus). Lai varētu parādīt, kuras ziņas ir jaunas, mēs reģistrējam, kad esat izlasījis katru no tām.
2. Kā mēs izmantojam jūsu informāciju
Mēs izmantojam jūsu konta datus, lai nodrošinātu lietotnes darbību, saglabātu jūsu pieteikšanos un sniegtu atbalstu. Mēs izmantojam jūsu treniņu datus, lai sekotu jūsu progresam, rādītu jūsu statistiku un kalendāru un veidotu kopīgo rezultātu tabulu. Abonementa dati apstiprina jūsu piekļuvi maksas funkcijām. Mēs neizmantojam reklāmas identifikatorus, trešo pušu analītiku, avāriju ziņošanas rīkus vai jebkādu izsekošanu starp lietotnēm.
3. Kā jūs redz citi dalībnieki
HDX Workout ir kopīga rezultātu tabula. Jūsu izvēlētais vārds tur ir redzams citiem dalībniekiem līdzās jūsu treniņu skaitam un sasniegumu kopskaitam — tāpēc izvēlieties vārdu, ko esat gatavs rādīt publiski. To varat mainīt jebkurā laikā profila ekrānā. Jūsu e-pasts, profila foto un citas detaļas citiem dalībniekiem nekad netiek rādītas; rezultātu tabulā redzami tikai vārdi un progress.
4. Kopīgošana
Mēs nepārdodam jūsu personas datus. Mēs kopīgojam ierobežotu informāciju tikai ar pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, kas palīdz mums nodrošināt lietotnes darbību: Apple (pieteikšanās un abonementi) un mūsu mitināšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēji Neon (datubāze) un Railway (serveris), kas glabā iepriekš aprakstītos datus mūsu uzdevumā. Kad pieprasāt atlaides balvu, mēs izveidojam anonīmu kupona kodu mūsu veikala sistēmā — tā izveidē netiek nosūtīti nekādi jūsu personas dati. Šie pakalpojumu sniedzēji apstrādā datus mūsu uzdevumā.
5. Kur tiek glabāti jūsu dati
Jūsu dati tiek glabāti serveros, ko pārvalda mūsu mitināšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēji un kas var atrasties Eiropas Savienībā vai Amerikas Savienotajās Valstīs. Izmantojot lietotni, jūs piekrītat šai apstrādei.
6. Datu glabāšana un dzēšana
Mēs glabājam jūsu datus tik ilgi, kamēr jums ir konts. Jūs jebkurā laikā varat neatgriezeniski dzēst savu kontu sadaļā Profils → Dzēst kontu. Tādējādi no mūsu serveriem tiek dzēsts jūsu konts, profils, treniņu vēsture un profila foto, kā arī tiek dzēsti jūsu ierīcē glabātie Face ID akreditācijas dati. Jūs varat arī sazināties ar mums, lai pieprasītu dzēšanu. Mēs varam saglabāt ierobežotus ierakstus, ja to prasa juridiski vai grāmatvedības pienākumi.
7. Bērni
HDX Workout nav paredzēta bērniem, kas jaunāki par 16 gadiem (vai minimālo vecumu jūsu valstī), un mēs apzināti nevācam viņu datus.
8. Jūsu tiesības
Atkarībā no jūsu dzīvesvietas jums var būt tiesības piekļūt saviem personas datiem, tos labot vai dzēst. Vārdu un foto varat mainīt tieši lietotnē, kontu varat dzēst sadaļā Profils → Dzēst kontu vai sazināties ar mums, izmantojot zemāk norādīto adresi.
9. Izmaiņas
Mēs laiku pa laikam varam atjaunināt šo politiku. Būtiskas izmaiņas tiks atspoguļotas šeit ar jaunu "pēdējoreiz atjaunināts" datumu.
