Delivery Restrictions: We are based in the UK but also offer shipping worldwide, including all European zones.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. The final cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders over £40 qualify for free shipping within the UK, and orders over £100 qualify for free international shipping.

Delivery Times: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.

• Within the UK:
  Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days with standard service, or 3–5 working days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

• Outside the UK (within Europe):
  Orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your delivery online. If you registered an account, your tracking number will also be available under the My Account → Orders section.

  Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed services.

• Outside Europe:
  We use UPS Tracked for fast and secure international delivery.
