International Shipping Policy

At Haddiction, we are proud to ship our products worldwide. However, it is important for customers outside the United Kingdom to carefully review and understand the following policy before placing an order.

Customer Responsibility for Import Charges and Customs Fees

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are fully responsible for all costs and responsibilities associated with importing the product into your country. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT or local sales taxes
• Handling or brokerage fees
• Any other charges imposed by your local customs office or delivery service

These fees are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost at checkout and will not be covered or reimbursed by Haddiction under any circumstance.

Check Import Laws and Delivery Eligibility

Before placing your order, it is your responsibility to check whether:

• The product you wish to purchase is allowed to be imported into your country
• You are legally permitted to receive supplements or other items we sell
• Any ingredient or material we use is restricted, banned, or subject to special conditions in your location
• Your shipping address is reachable by the courier service (we are not responsible if local couriers are unable to complete the delivery)

We do not guarantee delivery to every country or region. If a package is returned to us due to customs rejection, incorrect address, or undeliverable status, we will issue a refund only for the product cost, excluding shipping fees, only if the item is returned to us in resealable condition.

Delayed or Seized Shipments

In rare cases, international orders may be delayed, held, or seized by customs. While we will do our best to provide tracking information and support, Haddiction is not liable for any delays or losses caused by customs or international shipping regulations. No refunds will be issued for products that are lost or confiscated during customs clearance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping), only if it is returned to us safely and in its original condition.
