This Privacy Policy explains how Haddiction Smart Meals ("the app", "we") handles your information. The app is operated by Janis Janke.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and, optionally, a display name. These are needed to create and sign you in to your account.
- Profile & fitness details: to work out your calorie and macronutrient targets, we store the details you enter — your age, sex, height, current body weight, body type, and activity level — together with the targets calculated from them. These are saved to your account on our servers so your plan is available whenever you sign in.
- Subscription status: handled by Apple. Purchases and renewals are processed by the App Store; we never see or store your card details.
- Information about people you send plans to (trainers only): if you use the "send plan" feature, we store the recipient's name and email address and a copy of the plan we email on your behalf, so you can view your sending history and re-send or edit it later. If you enter another person's details, you are responsible for having their permission to do so.
- Data stored only on your device: your ongoing body-weight log, meal preferences, shopping-list notes, custom foods you create (and their photos), and any profile photo you add. This information stays on your iPhone and is not uploaded to our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use your account details to operate the app, keep you signed in, and provide support. We use your profile & fitness details to calculate your targets and build your meal plans. If you are a trainer and use the "send plan" feature, the recipient details you enter are used to deliver the plan and to keep it in your sending history so you can manage it.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the app: Apple (sign-in and subscriptions) and our email-delivery provider (used solely to send meal plans you choose to send). These providers process data on our behalf.
4. Data retention & deletion
Trainers can delete an individual sent plan, or every plan sent to one client, from within the app (Customers). You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, profile, and sending history from our servers, and erases the on-device data listed above. You may also contact us to request deletion.
5. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.

Šī Privātuma politika skaidro, kā lietotne Haddiction Smart Meals ("lietotne", "mēs") apstrādā jūsu informāciju. Lietotni pārvalda Janis Janke.
1. Kādu informāciju mēs vācam
- Konta dati: jūsu e-pasta adrese un, pēc izvēles, redzamais vārds. Tie ir nepieciešami, lai izveidotu jūsu kontu un pieteiktos tajā.
- Profila un fiziskās sagatavotības dati: lai aprēķinātu jūsu kaloriju un makroelementu mērķus, mēs glabājam jūsu ievadītos datus — vecumu, dzimumu, augumu, pašreizējo ķermeņa svaru, ķermeņa tipu un aktivitātes līmeni — kopā ar no tiem aprēķinātajiem mērķiem. Tie tiek saglabāti jūsu kontā mūsu serveros, lai jūsu plāns būtu pieejams ikreiz, kad piesakāties.
- Abonementa statuss: to pārvalda Apple. Pirkumus un atjaunošanas apstrādā App Store; mēs nekad neredzam un neglabājam jūsu maksājumu kartes datus.
- Informācija par cilvēkiem, kuriem sūtāt plānus (tikai treneriem): ja izmantojat funkciju "nosūtīt plānu", mēs glabājam saņēmēja vārdu un e-pasta adresi un jūsu vārdā nosūtītā plāna kopiju, lai jūs varētu skatīt savu sūtīšanas vēsturi un vēlāk to atkārtoti nosūtīt vai rediģēt. Ja ievadāt citas personas datus, jūs esat atbildīgs par atļaujas saņemšanu no tās.
- Dati, kas glabājas tikai jūsu ierīcē: jūsu ķermeņa svara reģistrs, ēdienreižu izvēles, iepirkumu saraksta piezīmes, jūsu izveidotie pielāgotie produkti (un to attēli) un jebkurš profila attēls, ko pievienojat. Šī informācija paliek jūsu iPhone tālrunī un netiek augšupielādēta mūsu serveros.
2. Kā mēs izmantojam jūsu informāciju
Mēs izmantojam jūsu konta datus, lai nodrošinātu lietotnes darbību, saglabātu jūsu pieteikšanos un sniegtu atbalstu. Mēs izmantojam jūsu profila un fiziskās sagatavotības datus, lai aprēķinātu jūsu mērķus un izveidotu jūsu ēdienreižu plānus. Ja esat treneris un izmantojat funkciju "nosūtīt plānu", saņēmēja dati, ko ievadāt, tiek izmantoti plāna piegādei un tā saglabāšanai jūsu sūtīšanas vēsturē, lai jūs varētu to pārvaldīt.
3. Kopīgošana
Mēs nepārdodam jūsu personas datus. Mēs kopīgojam ierobežotu informāciju tikai ar pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, kas palīdz mums nodrošināt lietotnes darbību: Apple (pieteikšanās un abonementi) un mūsu e-pasta piegādes pakalpojumu sniedzēju (izmanto tikai to ēdienreižu plānu nosūtīšanai, kurus izvēlaties sūtīt). Šie pakalpojumu sniedzēji apstrādā datus mūsu uzdevumā.
4. Datu glabāšana un dzēšana
Treneri lietotnē (sadaļā Klienti) var dzēst atsevišķu nosūtītu plānu vai visus vienam klientam nosūtītos plānus. Jūs jebkurā laikā varat neatgriezeniski dzēst savu kontu sadaļā Profils → Dzēst kontu. Tādējādi no mūsu serveriem tiek dzēsts jūsu konts, profils un sūtīšanas vēsture, kā arī dzēsti iepriekš uzskaitītie ierīcē saglabātie dati. Jūs varat arī sazināties ar mums, lai pieprasītu dzēšanu.
5. Bērni
Lietotne nav paredzēta bērniem, kas jaunāki par 13 gadiem (vai minimālo vecumu jūsu valstī), un mēs apzināti nevācam viņu datus.
6. Jūsu tiesības
Atkarībā no jūsu dzīvesvietas jums var būt tiesības piekļūt saviem personas datiem, tos labot vai dzēst. Lai tās izmantotu, sazinieties ar mums, izmantojot zemāk norādīto adresi.
7. Izmaiņas
Mēs laiku pa laikam varam atjaunināt šo politiku. Būtiskas izmaiņas tiks atspoguļotas šeit ar jaunu "pēdējoreiz atjaunināts" datumu.
