Project Haddiction
A free 9-month fitness program
Starting September 1st, we begin the muscle-building phase:
7 months of weight training with rotating training cycles to prevent adaptation and keep muscle growth progressing.
Training is done in a calorie surplus to maximize muscle growth.
Then we move into a 2-month cutting phase:
Calories are reduced, body fat is burned, and the muscle built during the bulk phase is revealed.
🔒 Registration is currently closed.
However, the program remains completely free until the very end, and anyone can follow the workouts, track progress, and train along with us.
📌 What you should know
The program is 100% free and suitable for everyone, including complete beginners (access to a gym is required).
Each month is different, with a new training program unlocking on the 1st of every month.
On TikTok, there will be regular tips on nutrition, training, and motivation.
I do not create personalized diet plans. Instead, I will explain through videos how you can build your own nutrition plan and calculate calories for muscle growth.

Your progress photos will not be published.
Only the 3 winners will be announced on haddiction.com.
If there are other outstanding transformations, I will contact you individually and ask for permission before sharing anything publicly, and only if you agree.
