EU Orders IOSS – VAT Included
We use the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) system for eligible orders shipped to EU countries. This allows us to charge and pay EU VAT on your behalf at checkout.
- Applies to: Orders shipped to the EU with a total goods value up to €150.
- VAT included: VAT is collected at checkout and paid by us to the EU tax authorities.
- No extra fees on delivery: No VAT, handling fees, or customs charges when the parcel arrives.
If your EU order exceeds €150, please place two separate orders so that IOSS can apply to each shipment. Orders above €150 may be charged local VAT and customs fees upon arrival, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Where We Ship
We are based in the United Kingdom and ship worldwide, including all European zones. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and local courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Free UK Shipping: Orders over £25
- Free International Shipping: Orders over £100
Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
- Within the UK:
2–3 working days with standard service, or 3–5 working days depending on the chosen option. - Shipping to Europe:
5–10 working days, depending on the destination and local postal services. - Shipping outside Europe:
Delivery times vary depending on the country and courier.
Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have an account, tracking details will also appear under My Account → Orders.
Shipping Methods
- UK & Europe: Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or equivalent services.
- Outside Europe: UPS Tracked or other trusted international couriers.
Import Fees & Duties (Non-EU and High-Value EU Orders)
Customers outside the UK and EU – or EU orders above €150 not eligible for IOSS – are responsible for all import costs, including:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local VAT
- Handling or brokerage fees
- Other customs-related charges
These fees are not included in your checkout total and will not be reimbursed by Haddiction.
Import Rules & Delivery Eligibility
Before ordering, please ensure that:
- The product is permitted for import in your country
- No ingredients are restricted or prohibited
- Your address is deliverable by the courier
If a parcel is returned due to customs refusal, incorrect address, or undeliverable status, a refund will be issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping), provided the item returns in resealable condition.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, we will refund the product cost only (excluding shipping) once the item is returned safely and in its original condition.
