**Return Policy Guidelines**
You have up to 15 days after the delivery of your product to initiate a return. For a successful return, please ensure the following:
– The product must be received back within 15 days of the original delivery date.
– The product remains unopened and retains its original packaging.
– Apparel should be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in a new condition.
– You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an order confirmation, from haddiction.com.
Please note that items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for returns. Additionally, sample packets are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Products that do not adhere to our return criteria will not be eligible for a return.
**Sales and Discounted Items**
All sales or discounted items are final purchases and cannot be refunded. Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded.
**Dealing with Damaged Items**
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
**International Shipping Policies**
HADDICTION is not liable for customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulatory issues in countries outside of the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for verifying whether their country allows the import of our products. Any duties or taxes imposed are the customer’s responsibility as well.
In the event that your order is seized by customs, refunds will only be issued (excluding shipping costs) if all products are returned in their original condition, following our standard return policy.
**Policy on Chargebacks**
HADDICTION takes chargebacks seriously. Initiating a chargeback may result in being added to our no-sell list.
