How We Track Your Progress
Your loyalty progress is tracked automatically using your order details.
This works whether you checkout as a guest or with an account.
No separate loyalty account is required.
NEW: Orders are automatically matched using:
• Your customer account (when logged in)
• Your billing email address
If you place some orders with an account and others as a guest using the same email address, they are automatically merged together and counted as the same person.
This means your loyalty progress continues normally even if you switch between guest checkout and an account.
Guest Checkouts
If you checkout as a guest, please use the same email address on each order so your loyalty progress can be counted correctly.
Using different email addresses may cause your progress to be split or reset.
Tip: Each unique email is treated as a separate loyalty track, so progress will not combine across different emails.
Printed Progress Ticket
With every order, we include a printed loyalty progress ticket inside your parcel.
It shows your current step on the 10-purchase track, so you always know exactly where you stand.
This ticket is your physical reminder of progress.
Returns and Refunds
If an order is refunded or cancelled, it may no longer count as a qualifying purchase.
If a partial refund drops the final order total below £30, it may not count.
Additional clarification:
• Cancelled orders do not count
• Failed or unpaid orders do not count
• Fully refunded orders do not count
• Partially refunded orders only count if the final total remains £30+
Only successful completed £30+ orders move the loyalty track forward.
Reward Availability
The mystery reward is subject to availability.
If a specific reward is not available, we may substitute it with a different mystery reward.
Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse loyalty rewards in cases of clear abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
Program Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
This includes changing rewards, eligibility rules, thresholds, or removing the program entirely.
Any qualifying purchases already completed before changes are made may still be honoured at our discretion.

- Does shipping count toward the £30 threshold? If the order total shown on your order is £30+, it counts.
- Can I stack multiple steps in one order? No. One qualifying order moves you one step, even if you spend more.
- If I place two qualifying orders on the same day, does that count as two steps? Yes. Each qualifying order counts as one step.
- How do I know where I am on the track? You will see a loyalty progress label included with your order. You can also scan the QR code on the label for details.
