Scoop Care Tips

First Use: It might feel stiff – give it a few taps and slide the lever open and closed a few times.
Second Use: Before using it again, rinse and dry it completely to clear any powder from the sliding mechanism.
Storage: If possible, store it outside the tub. If not, push it back into the powder with the handle facing down.

Ingredients Explained

Caffeine (340 mg): Long-lasting energy without crashes, especially when paired with L-Theanine (175 mg) and Theobromine (50 mg).
Beta-Alanine (3000 mg): Helps buffer lactic acid to reduce fatigue and improve endurance.
L-Citrulline (3500 mg): Enhances blood flow for stronger pumps and improved vascularity.
Betaine Anhydrous (1250 mg): Supports power output and strength.
Taurine (500 mg) + Theobromine (50 mg): Improve focus, mood, and mental clarity.
Black Pepper Extract (5 mg): Boosts nutrient absorption.
Niacin (20 mg) + Vitamin B6 (250 mcg): Help maintain energy during your workout.

Take FEAR X 10–20 minutes before any workout. Mix with 200–500ml of water – ideally in a 500ml bottle.
For a sweeter taste, use less water.

This pre is pretty strong, no gut issues like with others, taste surprisingly is really good too and scoop is genius

Fear X pre workout is damn strong, pumps and energy in the gym lasts longer than from other brands. And the scoop, no need for shaker anymore , these lads know what they made, will buy again
